The bottom line

A practical, self-catering base in Hanoi's Cau Giay district, best for travelers who value daily cleaning and a 24-hour front desk over a central Old Quarter location. Rooms are functional rather than luxurious, but the helpful staff and kitchenettes make it a decent value for longer stays.
